We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing programs that drive the sale of collegiate licensed products, both locally and nationally. This role is integral to our Strategic Marketing Solutions program, working closely with partner institutions to bring campaigns to life. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional time management, and a high level of personal accountability to ensure flawless execution and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project scopes. Use internal project management tools to track timelines and communicate updates effectively across teams.
  • Serve as the internal liaison with Production and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Support post-campaign recaps by collecting performance metrics, images, and assets for both internal reporting and client-facing summaries.
  • Manage the invoicing process for assigned projects, maintain budget accuracy, and communicate status updates to the team.
  • Contribute actively in territory and client meetings by sharing timely updates related to marketing responsibilities, supporting both internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Draft clear and detailed scopes of work to align all stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each project.
