Job Summary

Supervises parts room employees and all inventory activities, physical inventory counts, parts room organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy. Responsible for inventory transactions and accuracy by ensuring all inventory policies and procedures are followed. Collaborates with Purchasing to resolve parts shortages and works to maximize parts availability, while increasing inventory turns. Provides superior customer service to all internal customers. Ensures all parts receiving, stocking, and issuing is completed timely. Seeks out process improvements to streamline processes and implements inventory management best practices. Monitors shipping/receiving of parts and other items in/out of facility. Performs administrative supervisory responsibilities. Ensures safety procedures and OSHA regulations are followed.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING

Associate's Degree in Business or related field. Experience may be substituted for education at a rate of 1 year of related work experience per 1 semester of deficient education (Associate's degree equivalent to 4 years' experience in addition to experience requirement below).

EXPERIENCE

Five years parts and/or inventory management experience with demonstrated progressive competence. Two years supervisory experience. Supervisory experience in a Union environment preferred.

Must have a valid Utah Driver's License.

Be a safe driver with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Cannot have more than 1 violation of driving under the influence of alcohol, any drug, or the combined influence of any alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years.

Pay Rate:
$71,098.56 annually.
