Position Title: NetSuite Senior Developer & Administrator

Job Summary:

Pharma Logistics seeks a NetSuite Senior Developer & Administrator to lead the optimization and administration of our NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role is critical to delivering customized solutions that enhance pharmaceutical logistics operations, including supply chain management, inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will design and implement advanced NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud, SuiteTalk), manage production and sandbox environments, and provide technical support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

A successful candidate is responsible for administration and management of NetSuite ecosystem at Pharma Logistics. You will be a key member of the NetSuite team optimizing, designing, building, patching, and delivering NetSuite solutions and functionality including curating, maintaining, enhancing, customizing and configurating (via Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Cloud, building advanced workflows, saved searches and custom reports).

Your roles are to administrate the production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems and perform NetSuite administrative functions such as customizations of forms, fields, searches, dashboards, workflows, suite-lets, user role definitions/access management, and other solutions. Assist in the development of dashboards and reports and provide end user support, troubleshooting issues and communicating solutions in a documented, accurate and timely manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components.
• Manage reporting, saved searches, dashboards, and end-user training/troubleshooting
• Manage and build Netsuite Integrations with business systems applications.
• Manage NetSuite sandbox (Dev, QA) and production environments and collaborate on product releases.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact effectively will all levels of the organization
• Provide support for NetSuite users as technical point of contact.
• Provide support for SDF integration to Azure for Code curating via GIT
• Collaborate with analysts, solutions architect, application developers, QA team and end users to deliver business requirements.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• 12+ years of development and architecture experience, 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience.
• SuiteCloud Developer II certification.
• NetSuite Administration experience of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards.
• In-depth knowledge of the NetSuite platform, its integration capabilities, and data structures.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, HTML, and/or NetSuite custom reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), including source code control, peer code reviews, team development and integrated debugging.
• Experience using SDF & SuiteCloud deployment technologies to move code and data across NetSuite environments.
• Strong knowledge of key financial processes such as Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.
• Strong problem solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated experience in testing, validation, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and related disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skills
• Team Contributor
• Ability to pass a security screening

Compensation Range and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics’ business and organizational needs, as well as an individual’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.
