Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the eGift, gift cards, and incentives segments, focusing on B2B partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform the marketing strategy.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic B2B partnerships to expand the reach and distribution of eGift and gift card products.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing efforts.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in incentive marketing, preferably managing eGift, gift cards, or incentives industry programs.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven experience in B2B marketing, including developing and executing successful partnership and distribution strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the eGift, gift cards, healthcare, and incentives industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
