PMO Lead
ASC is seeking a PMO Lead based out of our Oak Brook IL headquarters. The PMO Lead will support strategic, cross-functional projects alongside the VP Business Transformation, and independently lead smaller projects and analyses. This leadership role requires working closely with senior management and project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving consistency in project delivery, and communicating effectively throughout the organization.
How You Will Help
Assisting the VP Business Transformation and other stakeholders with keeping projects on schedule, managing and tracking budgets, and conducting various related analyses (synergy savings, one-time costs, operational improvement, etc.)
Independently leading work streams or small projects and providing support to larger programs
Ensuring project goals, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined, communicated, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle
Conducting ad-hoc analysis with internal and external data to support strategic decisions – deep dive as needed into a specific area like sales effectiveness, pricing, or supply chain efficiency
Consolidating results and presenting them to necessary stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a timely matter
Identifying and managing project risks, ensuring that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
Maintaining relevant databases and related records
Contributing to the development of standard project processes and tools
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology
7 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or advisory
Quantitative analytical skills demonstrated in a corporate environment
Cross functional corporate project management experience with track record of achievement and impact of $100M+
Understanding financial modeling, process mapping, change management, schedule creation, and reporting progress
Advanced experience with Excel – SQL a plus
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Operations fluency and experience in prior programs executed
Experience in resource management, budget management, and performance monitoring
Bias for action and the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
PMP certificate a plus
Willing to travel up to 20%
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.
