Job Summary: 

ITS, LLC is seeking a Cyber Systems Analyst to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The Cyber Analyst will provide cybersecurity analysis, secure software development support, and system accreditation expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Air Force and DoD cybersecurity requirements and processes and will ensure compliance with all relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards.   

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform cybersecurity analysis and risk assessments aligned with Air Force and NIST security standards
  • Provide expertise in endpoint security, threat hunting, and intrusion detection
  • Conduct system vulnerability scans using ACAS, Fortify, and CodeSonar tools
  • Apply DISA STIGs to both systems and software applications
  • Support secure software development, including Java/J2EE coding and application of security scanning tools
  • Manage and maintain system accreditation documentation within eMASS
  • Guide the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ensure compliance with AFI Series 33 policies
  • Collaborate with government personnel to support mission requirements and accreditation processes
  • Maintain documentation and provide qualification summaries of personnel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Air Force Information Assurance processes and tools
  • Hands-on experience with secure software development and cybersecurity assessments in a DoD environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex cybersecurity and software vulnerabilities

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CompTIA Security+

Clearance Requirement: 

  • Active Secret security clearance 

 

Salary Note:
