In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE's Health Sciences department, reporting to the Office Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update donor databases with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies
  • Coordinate and execute donor mailings, acknowledgments, and outreach materials to support fundraising and stewardship efforts
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and analytics to assist gift officers and leadership in strategic fundraising activities
  • Ensure adherence to donor recognition guidelines and practices across all development communications and materials
  • Serve as the first point of contact for donor inquiries, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellent service
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with donors, colleagues, and stakeholders through written and verbal channels
  • Independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining organizational standards
  • Exercise attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive donor data and supporting high-impact development operations

Job Summary

Works with higher gift officers to increase effectiveness of fundraising efforts. Prepares written materials to reflect proposals. Develops prospect interest and strategically solicits funds.


Essential Functions
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, exemplifying professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality across all communications and engagements.
  • Serve as the representative of the development office, delivering insightful updates on fundraising initiatives and programs to diverse audiences.
  • Partner with gift officers to elevate the strategic impact and efficiency of fundraising efforts.
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication skills to foster donor relationships, support cross-functional collaboration, and reinforce organizational messaging.
  • Independently manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining timely execution while adhering to established processes and priorities

Physical Effort
  • Role involves minimal physical exertion; tasks are predominantly sedentary

  • May occasionally involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds
