We are currently recruiting for a Senior Inside Sales Representative.
What you will do in the position:
Sales Generation & Customer Engagement
Initiate and manage outbound telemarketing calls to drive system and service sales.
Proactively follow up with customers to promote service contracts and uncover new business opportunities.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries; assess buying intent and establish appropriate follow-up actions.
Qualify and close sales leads from sources including web inquiries, trade shows, and development lists.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospect data in CRM systems.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Forecast regional monthly and quarterly sales performance contributes to quota achievement.
Provide feedback to management on competitive intelligence gathered through customer conversations.
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional initiatives, documenting activity and results.
Prepare and follow up on customer proposals in a timely and professional manner.
Serve as the lead resource for Inside Sales Representatives in the absence of the Regional Sales Group Manager.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior inside sales reps on sales techniques, objection handling, and prospecting strategy.
Conduct scheduled training sessions and ensure call response expectations are met across the team.
Act as a mentor to support workload planning, account strategy, and deal execution.
What you will need to succeed:
The posted pay range, $30-40 per hour, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
