What's the role?

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Group is at the forefront of the Carl Zeiss Vision (CZV) North America's commercial operation. As an Analyst, the individual is not only responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis for the US House, but also responsible to improve the process for budgeting and forecasting. This position will partner with business areas across the company to develop and analyze forecasts/actual results and will contribute immediately to CZV North America in significant ways.

Initiatives within FP&A are cross-functional by nature and require interacting and working with a wide range of CZV functional groups, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Accounting, HR and the Corporate group.
