A3 Consulting, LLC is looking to hire an RPA Business Analyst. As an RPA Business Analyst I, you will be part of the Business Analysis department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. In this job you will:
Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation an improvement.
Assist in eliciting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Create detailed documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) or Software Requirements Specifications (SRSs), to ensure accurate representation of business processes and requirements.
Help translate business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Support the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and project artifacts.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an RPA or automation environment.
Experience working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and willingness to learn data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or SQL.
A curious and inquisitive mind, eager to learn about business operations, mission and technology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret or the ability to obtain an interim Top Secret
Salary range:
The salary range of this position is $100,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
