Overview

Remote Position (OR/WA Only)

 

This is a remote position – incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location.  All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.

The Enterprise Business Capabilities (EBC) Training & Adoption Coordinator is part of the EBC Training & Adoption Team and is responsible for coordinating training materials, correspondence, logistics and evaluations for instructor-led and online learning of the EBC technology and associated business processes. The coordinator will demonstrate adult learning principles, stellar communication and DEI embedded in their customer service and facilitation. The coordinator also helps the EPMO and operational leads in in facilitating instructor-led training. 

  • This role works closely with the EBC Manager, EPMO, and operational leads to support the deployment of the EBC training materials and documentation and coordinates the materials, correspondence, logistics and evaluations for EBC instructor-led and online courses;
  • Uses Infor’s UAP tool and Legacy’s learning management system to manage the development of materials, course rosters, correspondence with attendees, design and launch course evaluations and produce reports.
  • As a subject matter expert (SME), may deliver instructor-led EBC work processes and technology training to leaders, managers, supervisors and staff.
  • Evaluates and measures impact of EBC training effectiveness.
  • Works on a team to plan, coordinate, implement and execute EBC training events.
  • Maintains templates for participant workbooks, facilitator guides, presentations, handouts, and job aids.
  • Creates, maintains and publicizes training calendar and other promotional materials for learning and development activities.
  • Collaborates with EBC team members, functional partners, SMEs and customers (managers, supervisors and staff) when developing functional, process and/or technical training.
  • Collaborates with Legacy Training Community of Practice (TCP) to develop standards and best practice models.
  • Manages and tracks projects through to completion and evaluation.


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources Development (HRD), Organizational Development (OD) or related field preferred.

 

Experience: 

3 years minimum experience in similar training or learning and development coordination or support role. Some experience developing and delivering courses and with enterprise resource planning systems preferred, but not required.

 

Skills: 

  • Ability to contribute to a diverse, dynamic and high performing team.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, methods, practices and tools.
  • Experience creating instructional materials such as participant workbooks, facilitator guides, job aides, various handouts, tools and templates.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Knowledge of eLearning technology tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Storyline.
  • Proficient with learning management systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Ability to translate policies, technical content or other complex content into engaging information and learning experiences.
  • Collaborator with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • High producer with proven ability to manage/track multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Adept at learning new technology and adapting to change.
