Position title: Sharepoint Analyst, APAC

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT administration, with exposure to Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Willingness to learn and grow into areas such as Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Privileged Access Management through on-the-job training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900, SC-300).
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with SharePoint Online, including site configuration, metadata management, and permissions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Understanding of information architecture, content governance, and digital collaboration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier III SharePoint issues.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with user training, documentation, or peer learning facilitation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SharePoint usage reports) is a plus.
Required Languages: Fluency in English required.
Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
