About the Position
Responsible for managing various projects and owning day-to-day marketing generalist activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and engaging in marketing strategies for the ArchKey Solutions Enterprise. Responsible for moving marketing initiatives forward through a variety of administrative and general marketing support functions. This position collaboratively works with marketing leadership to manage processes, workflows and systems that support collaboration and projects across the ArchKey enterprise, while effectively representing ArchKey enterprise's services to customers and prospects, in accordance with quality and corporate identity standards and in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, values, key objectives and regulations.

Day in the Life- Serves as a liaison between business units to gather raw information used in the development of marketing materials and strategies.
- Creates engaging content in the form of advertisements, case studies, infographics, PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral that attracts the right audience and clearly demonstrates ArchKey Solutions' value proposition and positioning.
- Develops regular web and digital content that drives engagement. Ensures web content updates are performed for consistency, accuracy, and relevancy.
- Contributes to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content such as blog articles, social media posts, infographics, case studies, etc. Monitors online and social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conducts market research with prospective audiences and collaborates with the business development team in developing personas and market insights.
- Works with the business development team to develop and lead growth marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC), and social media campaigns.
- Maintains ArchKey Solutions' brand, visual and digital identity consistently across all key areas and materials based on company brand standards. Manages self-service portals and vendor relationships for Marketing swag and print needs.
- Tracks and analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics and provides recommendations for growth and continuous improvement.
- Maintains marketing databases and systems to ensure content is complete and accurate while maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Collaborates with internal and external personnel to create and implement continuous improvement solutions for marketing materials, systems and logistics as needed.
- Consistently makes decision in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
- Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.
- Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of related marketing and/or advertising experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience with Adobe Create Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with project management leadership and practices.
- Experince and skills working closely with proprietary information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with analytic tools such as Google Analytics. Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience collaborating with leaders in a high growth, process-oriented business setting. Exceptional employee and client communication skills.
- Proven ability to diagnose problems with using critical thinking skills and detail orientation, and to drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative and sensitivity.
- Demonstrated excellent listening, presentation, collaboration, and conflict management skills for employee groups at all levels, as well as customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other community leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and grammar skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts and the ability to build relationships at all levels and cross functionally.
