ATA Services, Inc. is seeking to hire a Program Manager with IT expertise to work in a temporary long-term position. This position will be remote, however, the selected candidate must be able to travel to Santa Fe periodically.
- $60.00 per hour, with weekly pay

Implement and oversee Communications Hub for Providers that enables providers to network and interact with NMDOH staff, facilitating the exchange of valuable information in a timely manner. The Hub will provide easy access to public health information, such as protocols and emergency information.
- Develop a searchable repository of content (e.g., clinical guidelines, emergency response guidelines, etc.) that is organized using the "Wiki" function or a similar designated area on the Hub platform.
- Implement a process for reviewing and responding to comments or posts that violate the Hub's user agreement, including a clear escalation pathway for complex moderation decisions.
- Establish procedures for archiving all Hub content to ensure compliance with the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) requirements.
- Activate a routine process for developing and posting informational materials (e.g., policy updates, training opportunities, funding announcements) on the Hub that will be established and maintained.
- Implement a communication strategy to market and promote the Hub to user groups across the state, including demonstrations and tutorials on how to use the Communications Hub.
- Establish a process for assisting Hub users in identifying and contacting specific Department of Health (DOH) staff members as needed.
- Create a clear and efficient process for coordinating the dissemination of emergency communications (e.g., Health Alerts Network (HAN) alerts, data sharing, updates) through the Hub.
- Develop and implement a framework to evaluate how effectively the Hub meets its stated goals, which will include gathering collaborative feedback from users.
- Establish a process for planning and decision-making regarding the potential expansion or evolution of the platform, developed in collaboration with the management team and user groups.
- Create a plan for seeking funding to support the long-term sustainability of the Hub program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field - business administration, management, computer science, or a related area.
- Project/Program Management: Several years of experience in project or program management is crucial.
- Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and working with stakeholders is highly valued.
- Specific Industry Experience: IT, Government experience
- Strong leadership skills for motivating teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying information, managing expectations, and facilitating engagement.
- Ability to think strategically, align programs with organizational goals, and make informed decisions.
- The ability to identify and resolve complex issues, both technical and interpersonal.
- Must be adept at identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Strong organizational and planning skills for managing multiple projects, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines.
- Effectively managing relationships with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Experience managing program budgets, track expenses, and ensuring financial accountability.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
