As theVanpool Maintenance Specialist, you will:

  • Administer maintenance programs on all leased vans and assigned staff vehicles.
  • Provide emergency assistance for Vanpool and Rideshare customers.
  • Prepare vehicle for lease to vanpool groups.
  • Inspect returned vehicles and coordinates repairs or other vehicle maintenance as necessary.
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns of vans as directed.
  • Constantly contributes to a positive work environment while providing great customer service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/LICENSES:

  • Five years previous work experience with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of automotive mechanical/electrical/electronic repair techniques.
  • Associates degree in Automotive Technology. One quarter or semester of management courses with emphasis on leadership and supervision is preferred.
  • Must have a valid Utah Driver's License. Must be a safe driver with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years and no convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the past 10 years.

  • Automotive diagnostics, Preventive maintenance, Inspections, Warranty coverage
  • Mechanical/electrical/electronic repair techniques
  • Advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic theory and principles

SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records, Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Beginner level proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Preferred, Type 20 WPM, net preferred.
  • Operate a Windows Operating System PC, Operate vehicle diagnostic software.
  • This job requires regular and predictable attendance.

Pay Range: $25.144 or more, depending on experience
