Job Summary
The Clinical Director for the Center for Applied Behavioral Supports plays a critical role in ensuring the daily operations and clinical services efforts at the center run efficiently and in compliance with all relevant university, state, and national standards. This position serves as a liaison between the College of Education, Easterseals of the Bluegrass (ESBG) staff, students, clients, and community partners, supporting the implementation of ethical, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with BACB ethical codes and CASP guidelines, facilitating training programs for students and staff, managing RBT credentials and competency assessments, supporting clinical quality through feedback and evaluations, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote program development. The Clinical Director will also contribute to outreach, marketing, donor engagement, and research initiatives. Strong organizational skills, a commitment to ethical practice, and a passion for supporting individuals with autism are essential to success in this role.
