Job Summary
The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking two energetic and self-motivated Administrative Staff Officer II positions to serve as key contributors to the Business Center team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the personnel reconciliation process in the college, payroll reporting and analysis, encumbrance analysis, endowment reporting and analysis, supervision, college-wide account maintenance, and electronic records management. Multiple positions available.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional customer service, organizational and planning abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking a collaborative individual with leadership and management experience, initiative, and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP as well as knowledge of business regulations and University policies.
