Summary
Under the direction of the Facility Manager, this position is responsible for a variety of tasks both routine and non-routine related to the upkeep of the site and building systems. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Conducting repairs and troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure the continuous operation of the facility.
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events, including moving furniture and equipment.
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Comply with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:
Education- High school diploma or GED required. Must identify, understand, and exhibit appropriate safety procedures in all aspects of work.
Experience-2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: general construction, HVAC, or mechanical systems, building electrical systems, commercial plumbing. . Proficient understanding and proper use of hand and power tools is required. Ability to read floorplans and schematics is preferred.
Language Ability- Must possess strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written formats.
Clean driving record- Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of insurance. May occasionally be tasked with running errands for facility related needs.
Computer Skills- Proficient with basic computer use and the software applications Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for email.
