Job Summary:

Quantum is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Revenue Operations Program Manager to manage initiatives that drive efficiency, automation, and revenue growth across our Sales and Marketing departments. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role will be instrumental in aligning operational processes with the Chief Revenue Officer’s (CRO) vision and strategy for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize sales and marketing operations to support scalable revenue growth.
  • Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce, CPQ and related systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to enforce Salesforce data hygiene and governance.
  • Enhance and manage the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) process to improve sales efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue and product forecasting models.
  • Partner with marketing to align lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting via Marketo and Microsoft D365.
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Salesforce analytics.
  • Support alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and IT to support end-to-end revenue operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing automation and process improvements in a B2B environment.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, CPQ tools, and PowerBI.
  • Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 and Marketo.
  • Background in the technology or data management industry.
  • Familiarity with CRO-level strategic planning and execution.

Anticipated Salary Range: $100,000to $160,000 for qualified applicants.

The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
