Your work will focus on documenting critical processes, systems and tools, ensuring employees have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed and grow within the organization. This position is perfect for someone who excels at transforming complex, unstructured information into clear, engaging, and well-organized training content, and who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

You will play a key role in shaping how our team learns, grows and thrives.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview internal subject matter experts to gather information on processes, methodology, and workflows
  • Create a wide range of educational materials, including:

o Instructional videos using third-party platforms

o PowerPoint and slide-based training modules

o Step-by-step guides and process documentation (with images)

o Internal wiki/knowledge base articles

o Interactive content and quizzes to reinforce learning

  • Manage and maintain a centralized repository of internal training resources
  • Support employee onboarding and ongoing education through clear, consistent training programs
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Identify gaps in training materials and proactively create or update resources
  • Deliver content through an LMS or similar platform and track usage and effectiveness
  • Track and measure effectiveness using evaluations, feedback and performance metrics
  • Partner with managers and HR business partners to support individuals

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Experience creating training materials across various media formats
  • Strong interviewing, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Loom, Camtasia, Articulate, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with internal wikis or documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Guru)
  • Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems or other digital learning tools
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
