Position Summary:
The Partnership Program Manager plays a key role in coordinating strategic partnership projects between NeoGenomics and external collaborators. This position acts as a liaison to ensure successful delivery of joint initiatives, including collaborations, cross-sell efforts, and M*A-related integrations. This position works cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stated strategic goals. A successful employee is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery of partnership projects by facilitating communication and alignment between NeoGenomics andexternal partners
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of cross-functional project tasks
  • Track project status, timelines, deliverables, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Assist with due diligence and post-signing activities for M&A initiatives as needed
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with partner organizations to ensure successful project delivery and sustained collaboration
  • Facilitate collaboration across internal departments and stakeholders
  • Manage meeting logistics, including managing agendas, coordinating schedules, convening cross-functional forums and maintaining appropriate documentation
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership management, program coordination, or project management
  • Experience in a healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environment preferred
  • Exposure to strategic transactions, due diligence, and integration activities a plu
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to work on-site at Fort Myers HQ
Travel: Occasional travel may be required (up to 25%)
