Your Role as a Senior Back-End Developer:

Were looking for a seasoned Senior Back-End Developer whos passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and solving real-world problems with elegant technical solutions. A day in the life of a Senior Back-End Developer:

• Own and drive product features from technical design to delivery, collaborating closely with Product, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Tackle tech debt head-onidentify weak spots and propose real, scalable solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and high-performance code that follows our internal standards and makes future-you proud.
• Contribute to milestones by ensuring every piece of code meets our Definition of Done (DoD).
• Share technical ideas and solutions in a way thats easy for the whole team to understand and rally around.
• Stay curiousresearch and test new tools, frameworks, and strategies to keep our stack modern and efficient.

What youll need:

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade applications using an object-oriented language.
• Solid experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET (we dont count years herejust skill).
• Strong hands-on experience with MVC, Web API frameworks (ASP.NET or similar), and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, NHibernate, or similar.
• Proficiency in relational database design and SQL querying.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and how to apply them in real-world projects.
• Solid testing chopsunit, integration, API, and performance testing are part of your flow.
• A strong communicator with great interpersonal skillsable to work with teams across geographies and disciplines.
• Focused on writing maintainable, testable, well-crafted code using design patterns and best practices.
• Passionate about clean code and craftsmanship (TDD, BDD, Calisthenicswe speak your language).

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 development.
• DevOps experience and CI/CD mindset.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID, and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., document-based or key-value stores).
• Exposure to Microservices or Modular Monolith architecture.
• Understanding of advanced architectural patterns (DDD, Onion, Hexagonal, Ports & Adapters, CQRS).
• Experience with cloud-native applications and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience working with containerized applications (Docker).
