Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with the gift card business partners through frequent contact and follow-up to ensure all needs are being met
  • Establish and maximize business potential for InComm and our gift card business partners, in both the retail and digital space
  • Grow account revenue through product expansion, promotional marketing and other strategic initiatives
  • Analyze sales, identify trends, as well as forecast and manage inventory
  • Develop and present strategic business reviews
  • Advance strategic InComm initiatives while supporting goals of our gift card partners and our distribution customers
  • Collaborate and cultivate relationships with key internal teams such as marketing, sales and operations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned area of the business
  • Assist Manager with any assigned job responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to forecast, monitor, and manage inventory
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across various internal organizations in support of account initiatives
  • Ability to act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, including operational tasks
  • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to grow account revenue through activities such as product expansion, promotional opportunities or program implementations
  • Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends
  • Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment
  • Requires less supervision on strategic initiatives
  • Must be able to apply a significant understanding of InComm systems and policies
  • Other Tasks and Responsibilities as assigned
  • 10% Travel Requirement
