SCOPE: – LEAD PLANT SUPPORT
Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of plant support activities. Responsible for ensuring that all work processes and procedures are being performed correctly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: – LEAD PLANT SUPPORT
Maintains a respectful work environment based on fair and consistent treatment of employees.
Ensures all employees are accounted for and all jobs are being performed correctly.
Monitor and Support the production process by working with other departments to determine the support required
Schedules and coordinates employee meal breaks.
Assists in training employees to perform work safely and effectively.
Communicates any employee issues or concerns to Supervisor and Manager.
Other responsibilities to be determined by the manager as the needs change
SUCCESS CRITERIA: – LEAD PLANT SUPPORT

Excellent attendance is required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: – LEAD PLANT SUPPORT
Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Six months experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food industry
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedure manuals
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Basic computer skills
This position is an onsite position.
