Position Summary:

The Sales Associate for CAQH is a customer-focused champion, helping to drive sales of CAQH solutions through relationship building and consultative discovery. This person will leverage their strong listening and communication skills to generate new leads, follow up on existing leads to convert to prospect sales, and support the team in closing on the sale. 

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys exceeding goals. This person must have a passion for the healthcare industry and have a desire to make a positive impact.

The Sales Associate is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Sr. Sales Engineer.

 

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually + sales incentive plan.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and vetting leads to perspective sales executives
  • Grow and expand CAQH's prospective client list through cold calling and Email Campaigns 
  • Assist the sales executives by organizing calls or in-person meetings with potential clients.
  • Explain the CAQH organization and the advantages of our solutions to help prospective clients understand the value we offer.
  • Drive brand visibility and generate leads by participating in trade shows and industry events. 
  • Become a consultative sales expert on all CAQH products
  • Perform outreach to Prospects to set up demos for all solutions 
  • Follow up on closed lost deals to see why deal was lost and provide timeline on outreach
  • Maintain call productivity and metrics
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CAQH solutions and their features to confidently answer customer inquiries and address specific needs.
  • Proactively build strong provider group relationships and engagement
  • Collaborate and support teammates to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Education:

 

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
