We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Services Sales Manager to join our team. The Technical Services Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our technical services and products; including maintenance, repair, and support and consumables to customers in the food processing industry. This role requires a strong understanding of technical services, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the food processing industry.
  • Promote and sell our technical services and products, including maintenance, repair, calibration, support and consumables.
  • Expert knowledge in process controls including; PLC’s, Embedded Controllers and Electronic Measuring device
  • Understanding of food processing equipment for shelf-stable and extended shelf life products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in technical services sales, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of food processing equipment and systems.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a successful history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $115,000 to $125,000 Compensation is determined on experience and skill. This job description is a general description of essential job functions.
