We invite you to forge ahead with us as a CAD Technician.

What You Will Do:

As a CAD Technician at WSB, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of innovative projects. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and designers to create high-quality construction documents, detailed drawings, and plans for a variety of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing accurate and detailed plans, profiles, and cross-sections using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
  • Assisting project teams in drafting, revising, and finalizing construction drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Ensuring that plans comply with design standards, codes, and client specifications.
  • Maintaining project files, templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to resolve design challenges and improve workflows.
  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You Will Bring:

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Computer-Aided Drafting, Civil Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
  • 0–3+ years of relevant drafting/design experience in civil, municipal, transportation, or related disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.
