Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead security SME for the BEP RPA program, ensuring all solutions comply with federal and agency-specific security requirements.
  • Administer IT security controls, manage accreditation packages, and support the Authority to Operate (ATO) process for RPA/AI systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation as part of the Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) process, including Security Packages and Interface Control Documents.
  • Ensure ongoing security compliance for all deployed automations during the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to integrate security into the full lifecycle of RPA and cognitive automation solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a cloud-based RPA/AI environment. 3+ years of experience administering IT security controls and accreditations for RPA/AI programs within the U.S. Federal government sector.
  • Must hold an active Information System Security Certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
  • In-depth knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
  • Experience developing security artifacts and managing the ATO process for federal IT systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience securing UiPath platforms in a federal environment.
  • Knowledge of Department of the Treasury security directives.

Location: Onsite - Washington, DC
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government agency Clearance.
