Finvi is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for building scalable project management frameworks and driving execution excellence. Join us as our Director of PMO, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our project delivery engine at a pivotal time of growth.
You’ll drive operational excellence across all phases of project delivery—developing frameworks, optimizing resource planning, and standardizing execution across complex, cross-functional technology deployments. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum customer impact, all while maintaining strong alignment with our strategic goals.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and operations to bring structure, transparency, and measurable results to our project execution. You’ll be responsible for building the PMO from scratch, implementing scalable project management practices, establishing robust reporting and KPI frameworks, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This role has a blend of being strategic and hands on. You will bring discipline and clarity to the organization as we scale. It is a unique opportunity to build, lead, and scale a critical function that directly impacts company performance and client satisfaction.
The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate’s primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
