Short Description
The Fleet Integration Manager is responsible for managing a team of engineers working on technical solutions to assist with aircraft inductions into the Allegiant fleet.
Summary
The Fleet Integration Manager reports directly to the Director of QC/Regulatory Compliance and Records. Some of the responsibilities include work scope development for induction aircraft and identifying configuration differences for purchased or leased aircraft. The Fleet Integration Manager provides technical support through the inductions process (in some cases as early as pre-purchase agreements being defined). The manager is also responsible for the assignment of the Fleet Integration Team personnel and related travel for incoming aircraft.

Minimum three (3) years of experience working with aircraft configuration, inductions or fleet modifications with large transport category aircraft in the airline, manufacturing, or leasing company environment.

Preferred Requirements
•Airframe and Powerplant license.
•Experience in program management and finance.
•Aircraft engineering in an airline.
•Strong background in program/project management.
•Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Project, and Visio.
•Ability to analyze, track, and monitor budgets.
Job Duties
•Identify configuration differences for newly purchased or leased aircraft and develop induction work scope.
•Assign and review engineering orders developed for induction aircraft.
•Order required upgrades from OEM and manage the delivery of Service Bulletins.
•Work with other engineering managers to develop and maintain an Allegiant aircraft configuration standards manual.
•Coordinate the daily duties of the Fleet Integration Team Members and ensure that activities align with the incoming aircraft schedules.
•Manage incoming aircraft schedule and notify appropriate groups of milestones for response and appropriate actions.
•Assist Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in determining budgets and analyzing expenses as needed.
•Determine requirement for contractor assistance, seek FP&A approval for requested contractors, and monitor contractor involvement during project.
•Review contractor agreements and invoices for accuracy and approve.
•Work closely with the Heavy Maintenance & Induction Managers to harmonize personnel and contractor requirements for the induction process.
•Other duties as assigned by the Director of QC/Regulatory Compliance and Records.

Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
