Responsibilities

This role is remote but must be willing to travel and live in the Chicago, IL area to be considered. 

 

We are looking for a Engineered Products Manager to join our team! In this role, you will drive the promotion, specification, and technical support of ADS stormwater solutions across your assigned territory. If you are passionate about civil engineering and sustainable infrastructure, we would love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and support ADS stormwater products with engineers, regulators, contractors, and owners
  • Conduct in-person visits to design firms and agencies to generate project specifications and approvals
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions
  • Maintain and update project data in Salesforce CRM
  • Provide on-site product support and coordinate installation training
  • Collaborate with sales teams to secure and protect project opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of stormwater systems (capture, conveyance, storage, treatment)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

 

Compensation Range:

$100,000 - $150,000

Individual pay may vary and is determined by work location, shift, and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  ADS offers competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and competitive medical and retirement benefit programs.  Your recruiter can share more specific information on the role and location of which you apply.
