Partnership Account Representative - Military veterans preferred

What You'll Do:

• Work extensively with Excel-based quoting tools to manage customer requests, analyze pricing, and track deadlines.
• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.) to interpret large datasets and support pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with product management to secure competitive pricing from suppliers and maximize profit margins.
• Build a working knowledge of our internal systems and understand customer contracts, including Awards, Ship & Debit, and purchase cost agreements.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely quoting and strong customer service.
• Stay on top of supplier changes and communicate market updates to sales leadership.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and multiple spreadsheets daily.
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
