Senior Implementation Consultant - Military veterans preferred

The Senior Implementation Consultant will offer business expertise, strategic planning, oversight, industry knowledge, and technical expertise in the use and implementation of the Velosidy platform. This role focuses on best practices to maximize the value clients receive from our solutions, all within the established budgets and project goals. 

You will join a small, early-stage Services team responsible for developing implementation tools and processes for a new to market product. In this role, you will have the ability to influence the implementation methodology, use your experience in SaaS implementations to develop the approach for driving successful, on-time implementations, partner closely with the Product org in the evolution on a new to market product. A product that is poised to revolutionize the RCM industry 

What You'll Do 

• Serve as a client-facing consultant, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, and ensure a seamless integration and adoption
• Understand and manage the process of transitioning existing customers from one platform to another, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency?
• Provide configuration guidance, usability training, and support to clients, ensuring they are fully enabled to utilize the new platform effectively?
• Partner closely with Project Manager to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes?
• Routinely provide feedback to cross functional stakeholders regarding client feedback, product feedback and other issues related to the implementation?
• Drive innovation by recognizing and recommending opportunities for new product features, services, and ideas associated with rollout and/or design of the application that add value to our clients  

What You'll Need 

• Experience implementing, configuring, and training in a new to market or immature software product 
• Identifies, champions, and facilitates opportunities for process improvement and innovation?
• Strong understanding of the processes used in Professional Services and why they are important?
• Demonstrates capability to solve complex and cross-functional problems?with creative and solutions
• Customer service and experience oriented ?

The base salary range for this role is?listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate’s primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
