Revolution is now hiring for a Mechanical Apprentice (Plastic Manufacturing) in Vernon, CA. This role performs maintenance and mechanical repairs to the building, including all plant equipment and machinery, and provides machine operators and employees as needed.

• Responds to emergency machine breakdowns from production promptly.
• Ensures and maintains compliance with regards to the preventive maintenance program, completes and updates work orders.
• Performs improvements on production machines.
• Checks stock and orders parts needed.
• Tags all repaired parts.
• Identifies all parts before storing.
• Maintains a quality-oriented attitude in the workplace.
• Works in a safe and accident-free manner. Wears all required safety equipment.
• Follows all company and safety policies and procedures.
• Works effectively with workers constructively and positively.
• Listens to and objectively considers ideas and suggestions from others.
• Respects workers in actions, words, and deeds.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and employees.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Basic knowledge in the repair and maintenance of equipment etc.
• Ability to work quickly, safely, and efficiently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to read and understand numbers.
• Must be able to attend work regularly and reliable basis; show up on time, and work overtime and weekends.

California Pay Transparency: Base Range $19.00 -$22.00/hour + Overtime + Benefits + PTO
