Challenging Projects:

As a Mid-Level FMV Analyst Trainer supporting the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), you will provide comprehensive training and evaluations for intelligence professionals engaged in FMV exploitation. Your work ensures analysts are fully qualified, mission-ready, and equipped with the tools and tradecraft needed to deliver timely and actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain all qualification and mission-specific instructional material, including training briefs, evaluations, documentation, and reports in both digital and hardcopy formats.
  • Instruct analysts on first-phase FMV analysis, mission workflows, and software applications used in FMV exploitation.
  • Track and report training status, qualifications, and evaluation metrics for all MCIA Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Branch personnel.
  • Support training and tradecraft development through participation in cross-functional working groups and documentation efforts.
  • Conduct periodic and ad hoc assessments of analyst performance and readiness, offering feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Remain current on FMV exploitation standards, tools, and instructional methodologies, applying this knowledge to improve training delivery and effectiveness.

State-of-the-Art Technology:

Utilize industry-leading FMV systems and instructional platforms to train analysts on advanced ISR exploitation tools in support of real-time operations and historical analysis.

New Skills:

Enhance your instructional and mentorship capabilities while deepening expertise in FMV exploitation and analytic tradecraft evaluation standards across the IC and DoD.

Room to Grow:

Take a leadership role in analyst development and operational training support, with opportunities to shape training policy, participate in cross-agency collaboration, and expand into program management or curriculum design roles.

You Have:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, geospatial sciences, or related technical field; or equivalent experience (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree)

  • Knowledge of qualification tracking systems and training metrics reporting
  • Exposure to structured analytic techniques and real-time ISR exploitation environments
  • Instructional design or certification in adult learning or training methodology
