We are hiring a Senior Client Success Manager (Sr. CSM) that will be responsible for leading high-value customer relationships and driving measurable business outcomes within our Health Care segment. In this role you will maximize customer lifetime value through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and a relentless focus on renewals, retention, and expansion through services. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer goals and our solutions, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and mitigate risk.Ā 

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle for strategic accounts, ensuring timely execution and high renewal rates.
  • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with customer goals to drive long-term retention.
  • Meet services revenue targets by identifying and selling value-added services such as expert consulting and operational support.
  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to inform product and service improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable Customer Success frameworks and share best practices to strengthen team performance.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
  • Proven ability to align products and services with client goals, driving measurable ROI
  • Strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving product adoption
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with Sales to generate upsell and cross-sell revenue
  • Ability to effectively advocate for client needs across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), or the healthcare industry is a plus

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate’s primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
