Metric5 is seeking a Program Manager, RPA/AI Services for an upcoming opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the government customer, leading all aspects of contract execution for the BEP RPA Program.
- Provide robotics and cognitive project management and integration support, including creating project plans, schedules, and managing requirements and use cases.
- Prepare and lead customer and technical meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes, and develop executive-level presentations and status reports.
- Manage the full development lifecycle of approved projects, ensuring completion of all required Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC) artifacts such as the Project Management Plan (PMP).
- Provide AI Front Office Program Management Support, including maintaining the Program Management Plan (PgPM), tracking program risks and issues, and leading Agile SAFe ceremonies.
- Manage the substitution of personnel to ensure continuity of operations and maintain a fully staffed team of qualified experts
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience managing project teams in a federal environment, including oversight of development, security, and O&M activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Location:
- Must be local to the Washington, DC area.
- Must be able to report on-site.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-based RPA/AI project implementations.
- 3+ years of experience specifically leading cloud-based RPA/AI project implementations in the U.S. Federal government sector.
Required Certification(s): Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Clearance Requirement: Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance for this government position.
