Location/Region: This position is a hybrid role 3 days in office/2 days remote in our location in Maple Grove, MN
What's the role?
The SAP Business Process Expert is responsible for all local SAP-related tasks to ensure a smooth business operation and transformation. Our company moves to SAP S/4HANA and it is critical to lead and support all businesses and platforms through this transition. The SAP Business Process Experts are the first point of escalation for power/key users in terms of SAP support, knowledge, and training. They have in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. They support all other departments (~ 300 users) in their day to day businesses and promote efficiency and continuous improvement for all SAP -ZEISS processes.
