Job Summary
This position is responsible for actively marketing and enrolling suppliers in the University’s preferred payment method, Payment Plus. They will also manage the e-payables process, including paying suppliers that have opted for payment by a Procurement Card Push process. Additionally, they are responsible for managing an active supplier database, focusing on supplier retention and negotiating payment settlements and addressing issues and concerns from suppliers.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate should possess excellent marketing skills along with interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge and understanding of Accounting along with Excel, Word and general Technical Skills.
