Responsibilities

  • Assists department personnel with planning and scheduling of field survey personnel and equipment
  • Manages, with senior management oversight, the selection, placement, training, appraisal, safety and discipline of assigned employees
  • Understands the operations of field survey equipment and has the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies
  • Oversees the direction of field activities of the crews set forth by the field supervisors and crew chiefs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel


Qualifications



  • Previous experience as a Crew Coordinator 
  • High School Diploma required; some college a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends and out of town work possible)
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
