Salary Range: US market data minimum $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 maximum wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

This role is crucial to ensuring the security and compliance of our software development processes. If you have a demonstrated and advanced background in project management and have the following certifications: Project Management, Agile, SAFe for Government, and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 3 (or higher) accreditation and an active “Q” clearance, we encourage you to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems or similar Information Technology related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in information systems/technology, five of which must be as a manager for cross-functional software engineering teams supporting DOE or NNSA.
  • Must hold the following active certifications: Project Management (PMP), Agile, SAFe for Government (SGP), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 3 (or higher) accreditation.
  • Must have background and experience in agile software engineering/development.
  • Must have experience in directing an organization with a diverse mix of management, technical and administrative functions.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Have a thorough and detailed knowledge of DOE and NNSA Information Technology programs, policies, and processes.
  • Experience in achieving or maintaining accreditation of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 or higher and experience in or knowledge of Personnel Vetting programs, policies, and processes is highly desired.
  • U.S. Citizen, with an active Q clearance.

Job Duties:

  • Provide management oversite for information systems/technology teams.
  • Conduct management, planning, coordination and reporting of all activities to the COR and Integrated Project Team (IPT).
  • Coordinate all activities performed with NA-IM operations and cyber divisions, and DOE IT services.
  • Participate as a member of the IPT team that provides joint NA-74-Contractor management oversight to the project.
  • Conduct bi-weekly IPT meetings and demonstrations. NA-74 reserves the right to adjust IPT membership and frequency of the meetings as necessary.
  • Within one business day following a Sprint, the number of resources and level of effort to be reported.
  • Provide the COR with reports summarizing accomplishments and development completed when requested. All report formats shall be consistent with approved reporting formats by the COR.
