As we continue to expand, we are seeking a temporary Warehouse Associate and Driver to join our dynamic team in the Lake Forest, California area.


Position Summary:
We are seeking a temporary Warehouse Associate and Driver to support our installation team by ensuring timely delivery and pickup of materials to and from job sites. This role helps maximize efficiency by keeping our field teams on-site and on schedule. In addition to driving duties, you will assist with general warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

This is a temporary role, ideal for someone with relevant experience looking to contribute to a fast-paced and hands-on environment.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office. Experience with shipping and inventory software preferred.
  • ERP software knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license; experience driving vans and box trucks required.
  • Familiarity with various material-handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse conditions that may vary with weather.
  • Must comply with company driving policies.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and deliver materials to job sites using company van or box truck.
  • Communicate with field personnel to coordinate timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and installation shop.
  • Support emergency delivery needs and flexible scheduling, including early mornings or evenings.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Represent the Avidex team professionally when interacting with clients on-site.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE as required.
