Paciolan is the leading primary ticketing provider in college athletics and the second-largest in the U.S., serving over 500 live entertainment organizations across sports, performing arts, and arenas. Our platform supports ticketing, fundraising, marketing, analytics, and technology solutions, powering the sale of more than 120 million tickets annually.

The Client Partner plays a key role in driving strategic consulting and delivering best practices in ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and fan engagement. This position is accountable for a portfolio of clients in the arena and live entertainment sectors, with shared responsibility for retention alongside the Field Sales team and direct accountability for transactional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and success with Paciolan’s products and services.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to align client objectives with Paciolan’s offerings, enhancing value and driving results.
  • Analyze performance metrics regularly to ensure client expectations are being met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing consultation on software functionality and best practices to help clients optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Lead annual planning and forecasting of transactional revenue and present variance analyses monthly.
  • Promote and sell additional products and services, including integrations with partners such as SeatGeek, Fevo, VetTix, Vozzi, ParkHub, and Sidearm.
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and represent the Client Partner perspective in go-to-market product initiatives.
  • Identify early access opportunities for new features, provide product feedback, and support communication plans for rollouts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships through attentive service, problem-solving, and strategic insight.
  • Business consulting experience with the ability to identify operational improvements and propose actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting, data interpretation, and market trend analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in presenting strategic recommendations and delivering polished visual presentations.
  • Technically competent in software systems and capable of bridging communication between business and technology teams.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business, marketing, or entertainment/sports management.
  • Minimum of 6+ years in account management, overseeing 20–40 client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Beautiful AI.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office setting with occasional travel to client sites or events as needed.

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
