Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to join our team. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Customer portal certification uploads
  • Scanning pick-tickets, transfers and packing lists to the server
  • Customer portal daily Pick lists, label printing
  • Manage warehouse HOT list 
  • Manage and maintain open order report
  • Facilitating warehouse request forms
  • Manage chemical shelf life and age control products 
  • Manage outside process order throughput
  • Track kit production orders

 

Non-essential Job Functions: 

  • Verify stock for Sales
  • Track AOG, Line Down, & Work stock escalations
  • Complete packing slips and commercial invoices
  • Complete drop shipment paperwork
  • Process FedEx and UPS shipping claims
  • Complete description transfers
  • Facilitate non-product related RMAs
  • Other duties as needed

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Stamina to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
