What You'll Do:

· Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly delivery targets.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization.

· Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS.

· Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.

· Develop and execute a skills training plan, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of industry standards.

· Provide coaching and leadership development for team leads, empowering them to succeed.

· Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that puts the customer first.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree.

· 2+ year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.

· Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability.

· Knowledge of management approaches, including scheduling, prioritization, and process execution.
