Responsibilities

  • Works with Insurance customers via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
  • Provides claims support, including status updates, documenting claim details, high level valuation methodology, and resolving product/report issues. 
  • Emphasis is on effortless experience, identifying opportunities for self-service options, and ensuring first contact resolution. 


Qualifications

Minimum Education:

 

High School or Equivalent

 

Required Skills and Experience:         

  • 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Ability to research information using web- based tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Insurance claims and call center experience a PLUS!
