BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB

As the Development Coordinator, you are responsible for effectively performing project support tasks with regard to project controls including budget, schedule, scope, and risk mitigation.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Possesses professional knowledge and expertise in their specific function.
  • Assignments and projects are limited and straightforward in scope with minimal complexity.
  • Makes decisions with Leadership guidance.
  • Perform project support functions with regard to Project Controls – Budget, Schedule, Scope and Risk Mitigation.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SME's) in scheduling and risk management to ensure department objectives are met.
  • Organizes department team meetings and is available to take meeting minutes when needed.
  • Support planning, setup, and organization of department events.
  • Weekly/monthly updating of project Tier Sheets with current budgets, forecasts, and priorities.
  • Prepares purchase orders, contracts, and agreements with the basic project information using approved templates for review and distribution by cost managers.
  • Receives, processes, and manages invoices, payapps and change orders.
  • Responsible for organizing and validating all closeout documentation processed through to appropriate parties.
  • Help track and report on necessary resources for projects across the department.
  • Analyze project controls reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.
  • Ensure project set-up, analyze data, review logs, and run reports in database.
  • Prepare all department documentation in preparation for Strategic Meeting.
  • Data enter all budgets and pay applications into the software database.
  • Assists in preparing department expense reports.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education

  • Associates Degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience

Experience and/or Training

  • Minimum of 4-5+ years experience in an administrative or other support role for real estate, construction, design, accounting, or other professional organization
  • Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects of varying scales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent client-service and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task in a time sensitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Technology/Equipment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook and Project management software. Preferably Procore project management platform.
