Job Title: Outbound Supervisor – Warehouse

?? Experience: 2–3 years in outbound/warehouse operations

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate picking, packing, loading & dispatch operations to ensure timely, accurate shipments

• Monitor performance (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

• Enforce safety and quality control standards, maintaining compliance with protocols.

• Collaborate with inbound, inventory, and transport teams for seamless end-to-end logistics.

?? Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of hands?on experience in warehouse outbound supervision within 3PL or logistics environments

• Familiarity with WMS or warehouse software, plus basic MS Office.
