| Encourage your team to immediately report near misses / hazards as per guidelines; |
| Support Country Safety & Security Lead in investigating any incident occuring at site |
| Ensure to conduct BBS conversation and GEMBA. |
| Enforce proper 5S and area Standards. |
| Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team. And communicate them as necessary (including to new members of your team as part of the onboarding process). |
