Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.
Job Purpose:
Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines
Key Responsibilities:Â
You will work in the team responsible for travel and expense reimbursements for Deutsche Post AG and DHL subsidiaries in Germany
You will carry out the checking and accounting of orders in our SAP system, especially our Concur system (myTravel)
There is the possibility to learn further areas of work internally. These include, for example, the processing of A1 certificates, the settlement of company credit cards and Bizagi as a workflow management tool
What We’re Looking For:Â
1+ years of work experience preferably in HR / Administration / Payroll / Customer Service
Good written and oral communication skills in German and English for internal communication
Willingness to learn new IT tools like SAP Concur or Bizagi
Office 365 knowledge
SAP knowledge is desirable
Detail oriented personality and great organizational skills
Highly motivated, reliable and adaptable under pressure
Strong team player contributing positively to a collaborative environment
